At the same time, the number of people who take their pets with them to abroad are increasing as well.
It is a big event for both animal and owner, and each destination countries require various complicated documents for their smooth entry.
We, MSA will support you for your pets' safe and smooth border crossing.

Before Traveling //Message from MSA// Please Know that...
- Most animals are not getting used to stay at high altitude.
- Airlines and transporting companies are not responsible for mortality of natural cause of death.
- Animals are more sensitive and more nervous, and need more time to acclimatize to new environment than human.
- Animals easily get weak and stressful when separated from owner.
TIPS for stress free journey Before flight...
- Exercise your pet, let them stay calm and healthy.
- Make them accustomed to travel crate as soon as possible (getting travel cage is the first preparation for the journey)
- Groom(bathe, comb, trim) well
- Have dog or cat travel on an empty stomach (approximately 6 hours before shipping to avoid motionsickenss)
- Have dog or cat travel with an empty bladder
- Unleash them when they're inside tha crate. It might twist inside.
- Have his/her favorite toys, towels inside the crate
- Before undertaking any trip, consult your veterianrian to be sure that all required vaccinations are up-to-date to receive a valid health vertificate
- For longer international flights, food may be taped on top of the crate

- What kind of animal is acceptable...?
Animals are able as long as animals are not regulated by international conventions, airlines, or destination countries.
- Shall we sedate our pet...?
We do N O T recommend to sedate your pets. Side-effects are more risky than its effects (such as Hypotension and Respiratory depression). In addition, airlines may refuse to carry sedated animals. In order to avoid tranquilizers, alternatives for stress free journey is to allow the animal get accustomed to the travel crate.
- Can owner fly together with our pet?
It depend on the transporting types either by "Checked-in baggage" or by "air cargo".

- What kind of quarantine paperworks required?
Required documents differ depending on the destination country. Import regulation often change due to world affairs. Therefore we strongly recommend to check the latest information on the website or contact the embassy in advance to get specific regulations.
- Can MSA make all quarantine documents on our behalf?
I'm afraid we cannot represent all documents for your animal on your behalf. Public veterinarian and owner need to work on together to issue appropriate documents.
- Can we rent travel kennel?
We ask the customer to purchase travel cage each time. Animals are sensitive to other species odor.
- I need your quotation
We need dimension of your travel cage,(widthxlengthxheight),Destination country(name of the city), Prefered type of transporting(either by checked-in baggage or by air cargo) to offer you our charge.
- What kind of kennel shall we purchase?
MUST:
* Be large enough to allow animal to stand (without touching the top pf the cage)
* Be large enough to turn around and lie down in a normal position
* Be strong and free of interior protrusions, with handle or grips.
* Be purchased in advance so that the pet can become acclimated before air traveling
* Be appropriately and clearly labeled.
Preferred model travel crate is...to measure :
A. From nose to the root of tail (exclude tail length)
B. from ground to elbow joint
C. Width across the shoulders
D. Height of animal in standing position with head and erect
Crate must be:

must be bigger than A + 1/2B centimeters

must be bigger than C × 2 centimeters

** Airline will check before loading to make sure the crate meets the these regulations. And if not, they have the right to refuse loading on an aircraft.
- Is it OK to take over to MSA at the airport when exporting?
There is absolutely no problem to hand over at the airport.
- When and where do we settle the payment?
We request customers to withdraw to our bank account before departure in case of export, and before delivery in case of import.
- Is shipping a pet in cargo safe?
Federal law mandates that the cargo bulk room for live animals maintained within approved temperature range. Fresh air are being added with each air exchange. When live animals are loaded on aircraft, crew usually load on the last and the first to taken off.
